I was tired this day and decided to do some literal doodles with my gel and ballpoint pens. She's a cute girl in an oddly coloured fur jacket!

omfg, im skipping class and hiding in the bathroom and i can hear another girl doing the same. so its super quiet, and my fucking stomach growls SO LOUD and i just hear the rustling stop from the other girl.
anyone got a shovel? imma just start digging my grave

i haven't eaten all day and i'm SO PROUD OF MYSELF.
we're getting pizza for dinner as well so that's a guarantee i'm not eating that. worst case scenario i do a ch3w and sp!t
should we go for a 2 day fast?
edit- follow up question, do you end up swallowing a lot of the food from ch3w and sp!t? like is it the equivalent of 1 bite?

winter uniform is back, you know what what means... hiding in jumpers and stockings so you can st@rve without anyone realising and shocking everyone in a few months :))

i saw this post a while ago that has stuck with me so much, and it's now one of the reason i love winter so much.
it was something like,
'Use winter as a cacoon. Cover yourself with big clothes while you become smaller, then in summer you will become a butterfly/everyone will be shocked because they didn't see you loose the weight.'
the exact thing happened to a friend i don't talk to anymore we drifted apart, and i didn't really pay attention to her that much. then when i saw her in summer, i was shocked, because she wasn't a skinny person before, but now she looks amazing. and i know her enough to know her methods are the ones i'm using, so it is possible. will-power and patience is all you need

hi angels! here is a short list of all of my favourite tips for beauty and self care this winter. this is a fairly broad list so feel free to add your own or ask for more specifics! enjoy.
apply sudacrem or a thick cream to your face before bed (perfect for preventing redness and acne).
wear suncream daily still (winter sun is harsher than you realise!).
use a skin oil after moisturiser.
drink hot teas.
apply vaseline and body lotion to your feet then wear thick socks to bed.
use a silk pillowcase.
apply cuticle oil and hand cream.
use a hair mask weekly.
get sunlight every day.
use a humidifier.
drink green tea with honey and lemon (helps skin and immune system).
find some good vitamins that will help you in colder, wintery months!
eat more omega three fats.
ice face daily.
apply more moisturiser/switch to a thicker kind.
take warm baths.
exfoliate lips more regularly.
invest in a lip mask.
find a simple winter makeup routine.
eat warm meals and seasonal produce.
find a slow morning yoga routine.
find glowy products for that winter angel look.
wake up earlier to get more outdoor/sun time.
find a slow workout routine that targets every part of your body.
drink water with lemon and a pinch of salt every morning.
invest in adorable accessories to make your winter outfits cuter!
use thicker body lotions to prevent skin drying out.
oil pull weekly at least.
create a winter pinterest mood board!!
paint your nails weekly, try out clear coats or winter themed colours. Or if you are an acrylics person get them done every few weeks!
