Does anyone know why the villain waits for the hero to transform or to power up instead of attacking them when they are weak or still transforming is it like a rule or something

Jennifer mother of Lindsey(she took after her grandmother) Jennifer dated dipper until they went to college they broke up because they felt they better as friends they still hung out together she even came to his wedding as one of Ethel’s bride maids after a while she got a little lonely and wanted a kid of her own she expressed this to dipper and Ethel so feeling bad for her Ethel expressed to dipper that their be a way to help Jennifer so the next day they called Jennifer and told her that dipper can be a surrogate father Jennifer agreed and later on on may 10 she gave birth to Lindsay but due to birth complications Jennifer died with Lindsay in arms but not before getting to know that Ethel was pregnant she was happy for after she died they decided to keep Lindsay instead of giving her because dipper felt it was his duty as the father to take care of her and they did 1 year later violet was born and then a couple of more years later manny was born to most people they might not look related but they didn’t care

I hope you like them I might make the fight falls, reverse falls, and zero gravity falls au versions of them

This time it’s a short(or is it)rant I promise but anyways I saw a bit of season 8 winxs club and I sorry what 😭✋they twinkafied the specialist and it doesn’t help that they all look like middle schoolers too plus the fact that every season flora gets lighter I mean really?? is it that hard to keep her og skin tone and then you got the dancing it always looks goofy as fk 😂you will not catch watching it without laughing I love it best part of the show they also should have let specialist wear crop tops again too but that’s all still and always will be one of my favorite shows thank you for listening to another rant bye
